Bar Pigalle is thrilled to welcome Chef Amado Lopez to our “maison” on Sunday, February 4, to bring you a unique and exciting menu that explores Mexican cuisine's rich and diverse tapestry with a modern French technique. Our five-course tasting menu will combine the vibrant flavors of Mexico with our French-inspired cuisine. Guests can pair each course with Mexican-inspired cocktails and French wine. Chef Lopez, who opened Casa Amado Taqueria in Berkley and earned the prestigious title of James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Emerging Chef in January 2023, is a long-time friend of our Chef Norm Valenti This is an exciting opportunity for the two culinary talents to team up and share their passion for food to create an unforgettable dining experience.
